Job Responsibilities:
1. Expansion Planning
- Develop and execute expansion plans to cover multiple states working collaboratively with the team to ensure strategic growth and to facilitate and expedite expansion initiatives.
2. Quality and Quantity Outlet Targeting
- Conduct comprehensive ontheground research to identify potential outlets meeting with landlords agents management residents and business owners for detailed discussions.
- Cultivate longterm relationships to lay the foundation for future development and expansion opportunities.
3. Negotiation and Agreement Management
- Navigate the competitive market by skillfully negotiating Letters of Intent (LOI) Letters of Offer (LOO) and Tenancy Agreements always safeguarding the companys core interests.
4. Renewal Management
- Monitor lease renewal cases ensuring a proactive approach with a 6month notice before expiration.
- Conduct a thorough study of the latest market trends and situations before finalizing renewal agreements.
5. Project / Tender Handling
- Must be capable of managing tender projects.
6. Administrative Duties and SOP Implementation
- Oversee the implementation of new Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and administrative tasks related to retail development.
- Manage documentation such as the Retail Development form for the proper release of all deposits.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Real Estate or related field.
- Proven experience in retail development or related roles.
- Experience working in Chain Stores for F&B / Pharmacy / Convenience Store will be added advantages.
- Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding abilities.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and competitive market.
- Good command of English Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin is a must
Remuneration:
Up to MYR 15000 (Based on relevant experience)
