JOB PROFILE SUMMARY Responsible to manage the comprehensive orthotic and prosthetic patient care under the direction of a physicians prescription. This includes patient assessment formulation and implementation of a treatment plan as well as followup and practice management. JOB DESCRIPTION The orthosis/prosthesis is designed to restore physiological function and/or cosmesis. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Adapts interaction style to situations and people. Education Details Completed the schooling necessary to become certified as a Certified Orthotic/Prosthetic Practitioner. Experience Ten years of combined experience education and training in orthotics and prosthetics under the supervision of a privileged orthotist and prosthetist with a minimum of four years in each discipline. License/Certification Details Certification in Orthotics and Prosthetics through the American Board for Certification (ABC) or the Board of Certification (BOC) is required; if not at time of hire must have certification within three years of hire. Possess a valid Class D drivers license and maintain a good driving record. Comments:hourly position and this position s pay range is 32.50 52.00 per hour so overtime is possible which is typically only needed with on call responsibilities. signon bonus up to xx20000. It s 2 year commitment for xx10000 or a 3 year commitment for xx20000
