About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive and engaging PE curriculum to girls across all key stages. This includes planning and executing stimulating lessons coaching sports teams organizing tournaments and fostering a positive and inclusive sporting environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver innovative PE lessons that cater to a diverse range of abilities and interests.
- Inspire and motivate students to participate actively in sports and physical activities.
- Assess and track student progress providing constructive feedback and tailored support.
- Build strong relationships with students parents and colleagues.
- Contribute to the wider school community through involvement in extracurricular sporting events.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
- Proven experience teaching PE at the secondary school level
- Strong subject knowledge and expertise in a variety of sports and physical activities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire young people
