Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Directorof Sales to lead and drive our sales efforts. This seniorlevel role will be responsible for designing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to accelerate revenue growth expand client relationships and enhance our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership a deep understanding of the legal services market and the ability to inspire and manage a highperforming sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a sales strategy aligned with the companys goals and objectives.
- Lead mentor and manage the sales team fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.
- Identify new business opportunities and establish strong client relationships.
- Collaborate with marketing operations and other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
- Analyse market trends customer needs and competitive offerings to adjust sales approaches accordingly.
- Set and monitor sales targets KPIs and performance metrics for the team.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts reports and presentations for the executive team.
- Represent at industry events conferences and client meetings.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in a sales leadership role preferably within the legal or professional services industry.
- Strong understanding of legal services client acquisition and market trends.
- Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyse and interpret sales data.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Preferred Experience:
- 7 years of experience in sales with at least 35 years in a leadership position.
- Previous experience in legal consulting or other professional services is highly desirable.
- Experience in managing and scaling sales teams in a competitive market.
