As an Account Manager you will be responsible for managing client accounts and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients and will work closely with our team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills as well as a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate must be from an IT services/software product development organisation and must have sold software products and solutions to insurance companies in Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients understanding their business needs and providing strategic guidance
Collaborate with the team to create and implement marketing plans that align with clients goals and budget
Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns providing recommendations for improvement
Proactively identify new business opportunities and participate in business development activities
Manage client expectations and ensure timely delivery of projects
Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our services
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field
Minimum of 4 years of experience in account management or a similar role selling to Insurance accounts in Saudi Arabia
Proven track record of managing multiple client accounts and delivering results
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software
Knowledge of digital marketing tactics and strategies is a plus
