Job Description
Job Title: ImageRight Application Support
Location: Hartford County CT (HYBRID)
Work Authorization: GC and USC Only
We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about technology product development and can thrive in a fastpaced environment to support the maintenance and enhancement of ImageRight our enterprise wide content management and workflow system.
Participate in the design development testing and debugging of an application.
- Troubleshoot and ensure timely and effective resolutions of any project issues.
- Participate in code reviews for your own code and as a reviewer.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for process and product improvement.
- Conducts technical research on new technology for possible new aspects of a product or components needing redesign or updating.
- Prepare product documentation support materials and internal documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science (or related technical field)
- Design and architecture knowledge
- Experience with Agile software development
- Have an intense passion for innovating and crafting clean code
- Experience with .NET
- Experience with VBScript or similar
- Experience with relational databases including SQL
- Experience with insurance industry workflow
Additional skills/considerations:
- .Net abilities/skillset integration layer development (API); write ASP forms
- Experience with VBScript or comparable skillset
- Sequel backend knowledge
- Industry experience for insurance preferred
- Familiarity with insurance WF from submission to policy beneficial
- ImageRight experience is strongly preferred but not required
Must be eligible to work in the US without company sponsorship now or in the future.
