Solution IT Inc. is looking for Oracle Cloud HCM Technical for one of its clients in Alexandria VA / Hybrid
Job Title: Oracle Cloud HCM Technical
Summary
Responsible for the system administration and reconciliation of payroll administration functions such as payroll setup rules accounting mapping system integration monitoring and reconciliation. It supports their integrations to other systems to support accounting operations. This position will support the implementation of clients Oracle Fusion HCM payroll and time & labor system. Includes working with finance teams to perform system administration reconciliation and reporting support. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in payroll business functions payroll calculations and tax reporting utilizing PeopleSoft payroll/Financials or Oracle Fusion support ERP systems and processes and the ability to effectively work with project teams.
Required Skills:
- Undergraduate degree in business administration finance human capital management economics accounting information technology or a related field.
- 4 years experience in PeopleSoft Human Capital Management Payroll and Financial ERP implementations upgrades and maintenance.
- his position will support the implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM payroll and time & labor system.
- Strong understanding of Payroll and accounting systems and processes SQL and Microsoft Office Product Software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical and problemsolving skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Computer Information Systems or its equivalent with relevant experience.
Work Site: Alexandria VA / Hybrid Onsite 3 Days/Week (Tuesday Thursday)
Job Type: 6 Months
