AWS Administrator with 7 yrs experience in managing and optimizing cloud infrastructure. Handson experience with AWS services cloud security and automation tools is ideal. Will manage deployment monitoring and support of AWSbased environments.
Description:
As an AWS Administrator you will be responsible for managing our cloudbased infrastructure to support our applications and services. This role involves managing the deployment monitoring and support of AWSbased environments to ensure high availability reliability and performance. You will work closely with development teams to deploy monitor and maintain applications hosted on AWS. The role requires a strong understanding of AWS architecture cloud security best practises and the ability to automate tasks using scripting and infrastructureascode (IaC) tools. You will be instrumental in ensuring that our cloud environments are scalable secure and costeffective.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain AWS Infrastructure ensuring high availability scalability and security.
- Implement and manage cloud security measures including IAM roles security groups and VPC configurations.
- Monitor system performance and reliability proactively identifying and resolving issues.
- Automate cloud operations using tools such as CloudFormation Terraform or Ansible.
- Optimize cloud infrastructure for costeffectiveness performance and reliability.
- Perform regular backups disaster recovery planning and execution.
- Collaborate with development teams to deploy and manage applications in the AWS environment.
- Develop and maintain documentation for cloud architecture configurations and procedures.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to cloud infrastructure and services.
- Stay updated on AWS services and best practices to ensure optimal use of cloud technologies.
Bachelors or maters degree in computer science information technology or a related field.
- 7 years proven experience as an integration architect with a focus on Salesforce Snowflake (or similar cloud data warehouse) AWS ETL tools and Business RulesEngines.
- Strong knowledge of integration patterns API design and data integration strategies.
- Certification in relevant technologies (e.g. Salesforce Snowflake AWS) is a plus.
- Proficiency in programming languages (e.g. Python) database systems and middleware technologies.
- Experience with cloudbased integration platforms and services.
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management and leadership abilities.
- A deep understanding of data governance security and compliance.
