IKONO is an immersive journey that combines art play and the unexpected where people are diving into eclectic worlds that invite them to selfdiscovery and shared experiences. Is a place to bring up the imagination and unleash freeform creativity while remaining in the city.
With six locations in Madrid Rome Barcelona Budapest Vienna and now Copenhagen we are rapidly expanding so youll find IKONO in the heart of major cities across Europe (and beyond).
YOUR MISSION
As an Ikonic Staff member you play a key role in ensuring our customers satisfaction. Supported by your Store Manager your primary goal is to warmly welcome and assist gallery visitors ensuring a highquality experience for everyone.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Welcoming customers with a friendly smile!
- Helping guests with ticket purchases.
- Handling reservations on our website and through our ticket partners.
- Taking care of the cash register.
- Being the friendly face at the museum store stand and keeping it wellstocked.
- Guiding visitors through the route and sharing details of the experience.
- Providing support to enhance the overall experience.
- Responding to customer questions and concerns via email or phone calls.
- Taking care of repairs and maintenance to keep our spaces in top shape.
- Ensuring the exhibition is always in a perfect state for our visitors.
YOU BRING
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Resilient in handling daily challenges.
- Collaborative team player.
- Ability to provide clear and concise explanations.
- Capable of assisting in setting up exhibitions.
- Attention to detail in all tasks.
- Able to perform actions such as bending over or lifting things.
- The ideal candidate has a responsible attitude is friendly and polite.
- Demonstrate tremendous passion and energy for your work.
- Able to adapt to flexible schedules.
REQUIREMENTS
- Prior experience and knowledge in customer service.
- Proficient in cash handling.
- Fluency in English and Italian minimum level fluentupper B2.
- Fluency in French would be an advantage.
