Were seeking a talented Senior Online Marketing Manager to join our team and drive our online growth.

Tasks
- Ecommerce Management: Oversee our ecommerce operations on platforms like WordPress and WooCommerce ensuring a seamless user experience and optimizing for conversions.
- Paid Advertising: Strategically manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns to maximize ROI and drive customer acquisition.
- SEO: Implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and attract qualified traffic to our website.
- Affiliate Marketing: Develop and manage affiliate marketing programs to expand our reach and generate revenue through partnerships.
- Referral Marketing: Create and execute referral programs to encourage customer loyalty and drive wordofmouth marketing.
- Data Analysis: Analyze website traffic marketing campaigns and customer behavior to identify trends and optimize performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in online marketing with a strong focus on ecommerce and digital advertising.
- Indepth knowledge of Google Ads Meta Ads SEO best practices and affiliate marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in WordPress and WooCommerce as well as other relevant marketing tools.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform decisionmaking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
- Passion for the mobility industry and a desire to contribute to a rapidly growing startup.

Compensation
We offer an equitybased compensation package for the first year recognizing your contribution to our earlystage growth. After the initial period we will provide a competitive salary and continued equity participation.

- We do a team OffSite every 6 weeks there your presence is mandatory (generally somewhere around Germany)
- We work in a 4day week at the same salary level as a 5day week (soonest salaries are paid) so Fridays are off!
- Equity in the company.
- Salary: We are bootstrapping our business thats why we are not able to pay any salary for the 1st year. Equitybased remuneration only. That means you need to be able to cover your rent and living expenses for 1 year. Pls dont apply if that doesnt suite you After the 1 year you can expect a competitive salary (plus your sharepackage).
