Technical ownership of project under consideration
- Providing Architecture/high level design/test Strategy/IF documents
- Identification and evaluation of various tools test languages or test methodologies and choosing the best ones.
- Participate in Customer interaction for major/critical Change requests/new features moderating the meetings and highlighting impact on schedule and effort
- Reviewing Design Documents and code Test coverage and its alignment with technical objectives
- Exhibiting technical leadership in the team
- Solution Planning and Initiation Phase
- ExecutionDesign phase: Architecture & Design
- ExecutionImplementation & Debugging
Technical proposal for prospective business
- Requirement study and analysis
- Discussion with Customer for clarifications of doubts and mutual understanding of requirements and solution.
- Requirement Documentation
- Developing a technical solution
- Preparing Proposal architecture Document effort estimation and test strategy
- Technical part of the proposal and Effort Estimation
Technical leadership and Capability Development
- Technical publication on internal as well as external forums
- Technical talks in external and internal forums
- Detailed study and elaboration of technology roadmap
- Acquiring skills for new technology /platform
- No of technical contribution in forums both inside and outside the organization
- Premium consultancy to customers in area of expertise
- Technical guidance provided to team during project execution

Qualifications:
- B E / B Tech/ MCA/MTech /PhD
- Domain (Expertise on technology vertical of modules) Experience (Minimum 5 years)
- Knowledge of project management & executions skills (Minimum of 2 year)
- Knowledge of relevant tools practices deployment coding languages system designs standards relevant to technology domain under consideration
