Job Description
Title: IBM Sterling Integrator File Transmission Tech
Required Skill(s): IBM Steling File Gateway FTPS SFTP MoveIT PGP encryption SSH
Looking for an IBM Sterling Integrator File Transmission Tech to support our IBM Sterling project.
Roles/responsibilities:
o Integration: Setup test and monitor new and existing file transfer using various File Transfer platform
o Production Support: Perform Managed File Transfer support responsibilities (24x7 on rotation) following standard operations processes
Monitor and fix file transfer errors
o Configuration Management: Manage configuration changes like password resets certificate renewals PGP keys etc.
o SFTP Configuration: Setup new SFTP sites for new file transfers
o Customer Service Excellence: Demonstrate a strong dedication to providing highquality customer service addressing and resolving issues promptly.
o ProblemSolving Expertise: Apply effective problemsolving skills and root cause analysis to troubleshoot software and system problems ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
Technical Skillset Required Experience: 12 years of experience with:
o FTP protocols/technologies IBM Steling File Gateway FTPS SFTP MoveIT PGP encryption SSH
o Supported and managed critical file transfers (exchanged files with banks/financial trading partners)
o Setting up and managing FTP
o Understands data security privacy and controls related to B2B file transfers
o Programming: Java Windows/Linux scripts SQL
o Experience working with multiple teams
o Nice to have IBM Sterling product knowledge; Sterling File Gateway Connect Direct Control Center IWA
