We are seeking a talented Creative Strategist to drive the creation of high-converting marketing collateral for our direct-to-consumer (DTC) supplement brand, specifically targeting women aged 35-65+. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for developing engaging and performance-driven creatives, including static ads, short-form videos, user-generated content (UGC), landing pages, and listicles. Your contributions will play a pivotal role in customer acquisition and brand growth.
Key Objectives
Your primary goal will be to design innovative and effective creative formulas that enhance our advertising and landing page performance. Additionally, you will work to improve the overall aesthetic and visual appeal of our brand, ensuring that it resonates with our target audience.
Responsibilities
Creative Development: Create eye-catching ads for various platforms, including Facebook and Instagram, as well as optimize landing pages to maximize conversion rates. Your designs should capture attention and encourage engagement.
UGC and Video Editing: Edit raw user-generated content and videos to produce high-impact marketing assets. Your ability to transform everyday content into compelling narratives will be crucial.
Market Research: Analyze competitor ad strategies and explore the visual language that resonates with our target audience. Based on your findings, you will develop new creative hypotheses and apply attention-grabbing techniques to enhance our ad production.
A/B Testing: Implement and maintain a comprehensive A/B testing schedule. You will test various hypotheses, styles, and concepts to identify what works best in driving conversions and engagement.
Landing Page Optimization: Redesign and optimize landing pages to improve visual flow and aesthetic appeal. Your work will focus on enhancing user experience and increasing conversion rates.
Collaboration with Creative Teams: Work alongside external creative teams to produce high-quality assets, including photoshoots and product videos. Your collaboration will ensure that all materials align with our brand vision and elevate our marketing efforts.
Product Launch Support: Assist in the design and execution of new product launches, including creating promotional campaigns and launch kits. Your strategic input will be essential in presenting our new offerings effectively.
