We are seeking a dynamic Sales Team Manager with a strong understanding of product and market knowledge, dedicated to achieving team sales targets and driving new business development. Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor the performance of the sales team, measuring outcomes against established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Utilize data analytics to identify trends, celebrate successes, and address areas for improvement.

Documentation Quality Assurance:
- Ensure that all documentation produced by the sales team meets the highest quality standards. This involves regular reviews and feedback sessions to maintain consistency and accuracy in sales materials.

Compliance Assurance:
- Uphold company policies, processes, and procedures to ensure that all sales activities are compliant. This includes regular training and updates on compliance requirements for the sales team.

Skill Development:
- Assess the skills of the sales team to guarantee that they possess the necessary capabilities to meet departmental objectives and address customer needs effectively. Provide ongoing training and resources to support continuous improvement.

Coaching and Motivation:
- Actively train, coach, and motivate sales representatives on various aspects of the sales process, including product knowledge, setting quotas, and effective sales techniques. Foster an environment where team members feel empowered to achieve their best.

Desired candidate profile
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
- A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of three years of experience in sales management or a similar role, demonstrating a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Knowledge & Skills Required:
