Job Description

  • Property Management: Oversee the leasing process for properties including marketing available units showing properties to prospective tenants and handling inquiries.

  • Client Relations: Build and maintain relationships with tenants and landlords addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.

  • Lease Negotiation: Prepare and negotiate lease agreements ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

  • Market Research: Conduct market analysis to set competitive rental rates and identify trends in the local real estate market.

  • Marketing: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract potential tenants utilizing online platforms social media and traditional advertising.

  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of leasing activities and provide reports on occupancy rates rental income and market conditions.

  • Team Collaboration: Work with property management teams maintenance staff and legal advisors to ensure a smooth leasing process.



  • Requirements

  • Education: A degree in business real estate or a related field is often preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in leasing or real estate is usually required.
  • Skills: Strong communication negotiation and customer service skills; proficiency in property management software; knowledge of real estate laws and regulations.


  • High school diploma required; Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred. Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field is highly desirable. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs. Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented.
