Working hours: Mon to Fri 8:30am to 6pm
Responsibilities:
Create PO and process orders in system
Assist to procure office stationary pantry items Warehouse materials etc
Coordination with customer via email or phone correspondence
Raise access for security purpose
Monitor and keep records of maintenance cycle
Requirements:
Good communication skills
Able to work independently
Good knowledge on Microsoft office (word excel outlook)
