Translate between Spanish and English for CTS staff/therapists patients and patient families during therapy sessions and phone conversations
- Translate any written communication/document if needed
- Assist with coordinating patient appointments
- Perform all assigned clerical tasks including but not limited to filing copying and answering phones
- Assist therapy staff with transfers of patients to the therapy room
- Report any patient problems to the Area Director or Program Manager
- Assist Outpatient Clinic Office Manager and clinicians with outpatient billing informational forms and scheduling
- Maintain treatment area in neat and orderly manner including but not limited to chemical cleaning of equipment dirty linen management and general departmental organization
- Attend any required training session
- Drive personal vehicle to patient appointments as needed
- Other duties as deemed necessary by the Area Director or Program Manager
