Compensation:

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patient conditions identify potential issues and implement suitable interventions to improve health outcomes.
- Administer medications conduct specimen collection and perform wound care.
- Collaborate with physicians nurses and family members to ensure continuous highquality patient care.
- Monitor and document patient conditions treatments and responses to interventions.
- Assist patients with daily living activities including hygiene nutrition and mobility.
- Communicate effectively with all shifts to ensure continuity of care and participate in educational activities as required.
- Advocate for the emotional and physical wellbeing of patients addressing both immediate and longterm healthcare needs.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- At least 1.5 years of experience in bedside nursing.
- Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Associate s or Bachelor s degree in Nursing.
- Valid GA RN License or Multistate License (MSL).
Desired:
- Experience managing a 4:1 or 6:1 patient ratio.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications.
