CRD Careers has partnered with a leader in the manufacturing space in their search for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this onsite role based in Pine Bluff Arkansas you will play a crucial part in sourcing attracting and hiring top talent to meet the organizations staffing needs. The ideal candidate is peoplefocused resultsdriven and thrives on reporting metrics to drive improved recruitment outcomes.
In this role you will:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through various channels such as job boards social media networking and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process providing timely communication and updates.
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed.
- Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment with selected candidates.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate candidate and job information in the applicant tracking system.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent sources.
- Stay informed about industry trends best practices and legal requirements related to recruitment and hiring.
Requirements
What you need to succeed:
- 5 years of experience in recruiting ideally in a highvolume manufacturing environment.
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
- Experience using posting platforms such as Indeed LinkedIn and local job boards.
- SAP Business processing system experience (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate with leaders and peers effectively.

Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field; equivalent experience considered. 5-7 years of hands-on experience in HR/benefits and 401(k) administration. Strong prioritization and multitasking skills in a deadline-driven environment. Knowledge of payroll and benefit administration best practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; experience with Paycom ATS or similar systems preferred. Experience in FMLA and leave management. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Familiarity with voluntary benefits programs and cost-sharing models. Multi-state and federal employee leave administration experience.
