Job Description
Job Summary:
Our Client in the Pharmacy Industry is seeking a fulltime pharmacist. As the Full time Pharmacist you will oversee the pharmacys operations ensuring the safe and effective dispensing of medications compliance with regulations and management of the pharmacy team. This role requires strong leadership clinical expertise and a focus on providing excellent customer service.
Job Description
- Ensure compliance with all local state and federal laws and regulations.
- Maintain necessary licenses permits and certifications for pharmacy operations.
- Oversee daily operations including medication dispensing inventory management and customer service.
- Manage pharmacy workflow to optimize efficiency and reduce customer wait times.
- Supervise the accurate dispensing of prescriptions and overthecounter medications.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient care.
- Provide counselling to patients on medication usage side effects and drug interactions.
- Conduct inventory audits and ensure proper storage of medications.
- Mentor and supervise pharmacy staff fostering a collaborative and highperforming environment.
- Provide clinical services such as immunizations health screenings and medication therapy management.
- Implement and enforce health and safety protocols for staff and customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Pharmacy (BPharm or equivalent).
- Valid pharmacy license.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in pharmacy management software
Work Schedule
- Schedule: Monday to Friday 8 AM 4 PM
- Alternate weekends:
- Saturdays 8 AM 9 PM
- Sundays 1 PM 9 PM
