Marketing Manager

Yearly Salary: $60000 $80000
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating with all internal teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with the company vision and brand objectives.
- Continually updating the website.
- Maintaining consistent branding.
- The development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital social media and other channels.
- Creating and managing content for marketing materials to support all internal and external campaigns.
- Monitoring and analyzing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns; using that information to improve Penn s overall marketing strategies.
- Planning and execution of promotional events trade shows and other industry events to improve Penn s overall brand recognition.
- Conducting market research to provide intelligence on the competitive landscape.
- Integration of digital and print initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing Communication or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye toward detail.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (ie. Outlook Excel Word TEAMS).
- Expertise in graphic design.
- Familiarity with marketing software (ie. CRM systems social media platforms).
- Website experience.
- Previous experience in a marketing or related role.
- A creative mindset with a passion for marketing.
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
- Experience in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite Canva ect..)
- An understanding of EOS.
