Job Description
- Create highly realistic 3D renderings and visualizations using advanced software tools such as 3ds Max VRay or similar.
- Develop detailed interior renderings that accurately portray lighting textures materials and spatial relationships.
- Ensure that 3D models and renderings accurately represent the approved design concepts incorporating feedback and adjustments as needed.
- Prepare ID packages and necessary project documents.
- Collaborate with the design team to integrate 3D visualizations seamlessly into presentations and project documentation.
- Prepare FF&E packages and selections.
Requirements
- BSc in Engineering (Architecture) or BA in Applied Arts
- 3 5 years experience in interior designing
- Design Rendering Communication skills Time Management
- Proficiency in MS Office AutoCAD Photoshop InDesign 3ds Max and Google Sketch up
- Fluency in English
Bachelor s degree in engineering preferably in Civil or Architecture 2 4 years of experience in the Property Delivery department. Communication skills - Interpersonal skills. Presentation skills Precise, organized, and self-motivated
