Job Description
- Team Development: Recruit train and motivate 10 new sales team members ensuring they stay engaged and perform consistently.
- Sales Generation: Drive the team to meet and exceed sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies and fostering a highperformance culture.
- Retention & Motivation: Continuously motivate and develop the team to ensure longterm retention and consistent sales output using tools and performance tracking systems.
Requirements
- Experience: 610 years of proven experience in sales leadership preferably in the industrial or B2B service sector with a track record of building and managing a successful sales team.
- Skills: Strong expertise in team leadership sales strategy CRM usage performance tracking and motivating teams to meet ambitious sales goals.
- Focus: Ability to train and develop new team members while driving consistent sales growth through handson leadership and accountability mechanisms.
Qualifications: Graduate/Post Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred. Proven track record of at least 2-10 years in business development or sales roles within the advertising industry or marketing agency only. Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
