We are seeking a dynamic Junior Product Consultant to join our field sales team in Bengaluru. This role is ideal for a selfmotivated individual with a strong understanding of smart home technology and a proven ability to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in lead generation building relationships with industry influencers and closing sales. Previous connections with building architects are a significant advantage.
Requirements
Sales and Business Development:
Lead Generation: Actively identify and develop new business opportunities through direct hunting and by leveraging relationships with industry influencers.
Influencer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential leads and industry influencers to generate new business opportunities.
Database Management: Create and update a database of potential clients leads and industry contacts.
Client Interaction: Visit industry influencers generate leads and follow up by meeting with prospective customers to present Futurehook s solutions.
Sales Closure: Work diligently to close sales and achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Customer Engagement:
Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process and postsale to ensure customer satisfaction.
Gather customer feedback and insights to help improve our products and services.
Work closely with the technical team to ensure seamless installation and integration of our solutions.
Collaboration and Reporting:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities customer interactions and pipeline status in the CRM system.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market trends for management review.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Engineering Business or a related field.
1 years of experience in sales business development or a related role preferably in the home automation or technology sector.
Strong understanding of smart home technology and system integration solutions.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive business growth.
Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
Previous interactions and connections with building architects are a significant plus.
A twowheeler is mandatory along with a valid driving license.
Willingness to travel within Bengaluru and surrounding areas for client meetings and field sales activities.
