Job Description

Roles and responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled Reporting Specialist to join our dynamic team, focusing on employer branding initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess proven experience in a similar role and demonstrate strong proficiency in business intelligence (BI) tools, including MS Excel, Tableau, Power BI, and other relevant platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Reporting Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a comprehensive suite of customer reports that track essential metrics related to employer branding initiatives. This includes extracting and analyzing data from multiple sources to create insightful reports tailored for various clients. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying trends and patterns in the data, allowing you to provide actionable recommendations that drive strategic decisions.

Collaboration is key in this role. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather reporting requirements, ensuring that all reports align with business needs and objectives. Your ability to translate complex data into visually appealing and easy-to-understand reports and dashboards will be essential. You will utilize advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, macros, and formulas, as well as your SQL knowledge, to manipulate large datasets effectively.


Desired candidate profile

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Reporting Specialist or in a similar analytical role.
  • Strong proficiency in BI tools, particularly MS Excel, Tableau, and Power BI.
  • Advanced skills in Excel, including pivot tables, macros, and complex formulas.
  • Solid knowledge of SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
  • Experience working with large datasets and performing in-depth data analysis.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage complex data sets.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
