1. Responsible for prospecting identifying and pursuing new business opportunities by performing the following duties: Finalizes all tract pricing including base price builtins selectable and custom pricing options freight install and service.
2. Develops and implements strategic sales plans to accommodate company goals.
3. Compiles lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads based on information from newspapers business directories industry ads trade shows Internet Web sites and other sources.
4. Ability to analyze and direct sales forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly.
5. Meets and exceeds assigned monthly quota for new business and product sales with persistent followup and bringing closure and commitment to sales contract.
6. Gathers all pertinent information for preparing proposals correspondence contracts and other materials necessary for each prospect/sale and complete all necessary database updates and sales reporting as required.
7. Meet with key clients assisting Project Managers with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
8. Monitors and evaluates the activities and products of the competition.
9. Conduct sales calls to implement account and/or target market strategies.
10. Meet and achieve monthly targets and acquire new clients to boost the sales of the company.
Qualifications:
Male
Bachelors Degree in Sales & Marketing / Administration / Engineering or any related field
45 years solid experience in Construction and Building Materials (mainly MDF Plywood Rockwool Aluminum (ACP) flooring hardware and etc.
