Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Lead with 12 to 16 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in Spring MVC Java Message Service Spring Boot Microservices Spring Core REST Web Services Core Java and PL/SQL. Experience in New Product Development within the T&H domain is a plus. This role involves leading technical projects ensuring highquality deliverables and contributing to the companys innovative solutions.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of complex software solutions using Spring MVC Java Message Service and Spring Boot.
Oversee the implementation of Microservices architecture to ensure scalable and efficient systems.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
Ensure the integration of REST Web Services with existing systems to enhance functionality and performance.
Develop and maintain Core Java applications ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define design and ship new features.
Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and adherence to best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance.
Implement PL/SQL procedures and scripts to manage database operations effectively.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the companys solutions remain cuttingedge.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
Ensure all deliverables meet the required quality standards and are delivered on time.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
Qualifications
Possess extensive experience in Spring MVC Java Message Service Spring Boot Microservices Spring Core REST Web Services Core Java and PL/SQL or Oracle.
Demonstrate strong problemsolving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Show a proactive approach to learning and applying new technologies and methodologies.
Have experience in New Product Development within the T&H domain which is a plus.
Display a strong understanding of software development best practices and methodologies
Domain Driven Design is a must
