The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Business Solutions Executive to join our innovative team at a leading Recruitment Platform in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. This role is pivotal in driving our business forward by developing and executing strategies that enhance our client offerings and streamline recruitment processes. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of sales acumen strategic thinking and a deep understanding of recruitment solutions enabling them to effectively engage with clients and deliver exceptional value. Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth. Identify and engage potential clients through networking referrals and industry events to expand the client base. Analyze client needs and tailor recruitment solutions that align with their goals and objectives. Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and materials that resonate with target audiences. Conduct presentations and demonstrations of our recruitment platform to showcase its benefits and features. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful implementation of solutions and to address client feedback. Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance market insights and client feedback to senior management. Participate in training and development programs to enhance personal and professional skills.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Human Resources or a related field; a Masters degree is a plus. SaaS Solutions: Promote GulfTalents recruitment software including recruitment analytics. Proven experience in sales business development or a similar role within the recruitment or technology industry. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and solutions with the ability to articulate their value effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders. Solid experience in online B2B sales cold calling business development or consulting experience in the recruitment or HR industry. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team with a proactive and resultsoriented mindset. Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to think strategically and make datadriven decisions. Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage but not required. Willingness to travel within the region as necessary to meet client needs and attend industry events.
