Position Overview:
The successful candidate will be instrumental in delivering a comprehensive and engaging Psychology curriculum to students across Key Stages 4 and 5. The role entails fostering a dynamic and inclusive learning environment that encourages critical thinking analytical skills and a lifelong fascination with the complexities of human behavior.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver captivating Psychology lessons that align with the national curriculum and the schools educational ethos.

- Collaborate effectively with colleagues within the Social Sciences department and across the school to enrich the learning experience.

Qualifications and Experience:
- A Bachelors degree or higher in Psychology or a related field.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
- Demonstrated experience teaching Psychology at the secondary level preferably across Key Stages 4 and 5.
