What will I be doing
In charge of all accounting and tax obligations for Kbrw the accounting specialist is the primary point of contact for accounting matters inside Kbrw but also for external stakeholders (auditors suppliers customers)
On a daily basis the accounting specialist will be working with Nominoe (Finance Controller) and Cedric (Head of Finance).
On a monthly basis the accounting specialist will be working with operations (Delivery Leaders and Project Managers)
As an accounting specialist you will be in charge of :
all accounting flows of a Saas company (GL AP / AR subledgers) in French Gaaps and cash management process (cash reconciliation)
the entire Order to Cash process : quotes invoices cutoff bookkeeping collection late payment reminders
the Purchase to Pay process until batch payment preparation
Leading all the operational accounting flows and taking full responsibility of the accounting (P&L and B/S) with the end of External Accountant handover
preparing and submitting all documents & tax declarations (monthly and annual) : IS TVA CVAE CFE DEB
Producing accurate monthly reportings to the CFO on a timely basis
Reviewing and underpinning all Balance Sheet items
Improving and driving accounting procedures
Working with external auditors to ensure correct and timely closing and reporting at yearend
Coordonate with local accounting firms for Kbrw UK and Kbrw HK.
What do I need from you
BS degree in Accounting or Finance French DSCG (Diplme Suprieur Comptabilit & Gestion) preferred.
5 years of experience in Accounting or any relevant position
You are a team player not afraid to interact with clientsmarketing sales finance etc.
You have good communication skills in both French and English
You have a excellent organizational and time management skills ;
