Grantify is seeking a talented and driven Machine Learning Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role will be pivotal in advancing our AIdriven grant application platform enabling startups to secure funding faster and more effectively. You will play a key role in integrating stateoftheart NLP and LLM technologies into our platform helping us to achieve our ambitious goal of raising $1B for startups by 2028.

Ideal Outcomes in Your First 12 Months:
- Develop and Deploy Grant Application Models: Design implement and maintain robust NLP models tailored to generate and curate highquality grant applications ensuring scalability and reliability.
- Implement Prompt Engineering Solutions: Create innovative prompt engineering systems to enhance the relevance and content quality of grant applications.
- Integrate with Grant Application Platform: Collaborate with our team to seamlessly integrate NLP solutions into our platform improving efficiency and accuracy.
- Drive Research and Innovation: Stay updated with the latest in NLP LLM and RetrievalAugmented Generation (RAG) systems continuously incorporating cuttingedge methods to enhance our platform.
- Ensure Data Integrity: Manage and preprocess datasets related to grant applications maintaining data quality and integrity.
- Monitor and Enhance Performance: Continuously monitor model performance using metrics and feedback to refine and improve the effectiveness of our solutions.
- Comprehensive Documentation: Provide detailed documentation of model development processes ensuring transparency and clarity for stakeholders.
About You:
- Proven ML Experience: A minimum of 2 years of handson experience as a Machine Learning Engineer with a strong track record of developing deploying and optimising machine learning models in realworld applications.
- Startups/Scaleups: Ideally you will have experience working with startups/scaleups.
- NLP and LLM Expertise: Strong understanding and handson experience with NLP techniques and large language models particularly in content generation and curation.
- Deployment Strategies Knowledge: Basic knowhow of deployment strategies including experience with AWS services such as Lambda ECR SQS DynamoDB and SAM to effectively deploy and manage machine learning models in a cloud environment.
- Prompt Engineering Skills: Proficiency in developing prompt engineering solutions.
- Programming Proficiency: Expertise in Python and experience with frameworks like TensorFlow PyTorch or similar.
- RAG and Multiagent Systems Knowledge: Experience with RetrievalAugmented Generation systems and familiarity with multiagent systems.
- Data Handling Skills: Expertise in managing large datasets including data cleaning preprocessing and augmentation.
- Analytical and ProblemSolving Abilities: Strong ability to develop innovative solutions to improve grant application outcomes.
- Collaboration and Communication: Excellent team collaboration and communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
- Continuous Learning: A proactive approach to learning and applying the latest NLP and LLM techniques.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects ensuring timely and highquality delivery.

The whole process usually takes about 4 weeks from end to end but were flexible and will do our best to accommodate timings that will work for you. As you progress through the stages our Talent Acquisition Manager will share feedback and information on what to expect/prepare for. We aim to provide feedback and/or updates within 72 hours of each step.
