As an Office Administrator you will be at the heart of our operations ensuring the smooth running of our office in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. You will provide essential support to our employees manage relationships with external suppliers and ensure compliance with local legal requirements. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining a productive and welcoming office environment allowing our team to excel and achieve their goals.

About you
We are looking for a proactive and detailoriented individual with strong organisational and communication skills. You will be able to work independently and as part of a team with a positive attitude and a commitment to excellence. A native speaker in a local language with excellent English (minimum B2) is essential. Previous experience in office administration within a global organisation is preferred.
