About the Role
Based in SydneyMelbourne or Brisbane this role will support our Planning & Logistics Team. A System Operation Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth integration and functionality. This position involves supporting project management activitieshelping the Logistics Manager compile and document business requirementssupporting UAT processesassisting in testing systems. etc.
Key requirements:
- Assist with new systemrelated projects from design through implementation help ensuring smooth integration and functionality.
- Support project management activities by tracking timelines coordinating tasks with stakeholders scheduling meetings and documenting meeting minutes.
- Collaborate with your manager to define and manage project timelines ensuring timely followups with key stakeholders.
- Help the Logistics Manager compile and document business requirements track changes and ensure requirements are accurately captured.
- Assist in testing systems against business requirements and ensure all items are tested. Report any deviations accurately and promptly.
- Support UAT processes to ensure all requirements are tested and met and assist in addressing any issues.
- Work with system providers to develop userfriendly documentation and organize training sessions to ensure stakeholders are proficient with the new system.
- Serve as a super user for relevant logistics systems providing training and support to both internal and external users.
- Assist the Logistics Manager in designing and producing reports and dashboards for business needs. Generate regular and adhoc reports as required.
- dHoc Logistics Tasks: Handle additional logistics tasks as needed including troubleshooting operational issues supporting special projects and assisting with process improvements.
