Role Description:
- Design and implement cloudbased contact center solutions using Genesys Cloud platform.
- Experiencing working with Contact Centre applications and associated integrations.
Competencies:Genesys Engage CTI Genesys Core Java Genesys Inbound Voice.
Experience (Years):810
Essential Skills:
- Experience on IVR ( Interactive Voice Response).
- Development experience using C#/Java.
- Experience on Genesys Composer Experience in Interaction Routing and Designer (IRD).
- Experience in Interaction Workspace (IW) 5 years experience working as a Genesys developer.
- Experience on working with CI/CD.
- 4 years working with Genesys Cloud objects and Architect flows.
- Ability to identify opportunities to automate / streamline where applicable in overall solution.
Desirable Skills:REST APIs Salesforce Genesys Onprem systems SQL server data table configurations using Genesys cloud
