Job Description

Job Title: Project Manager (Telework Option Available)

Location: Remote (with occasional onsite meetings)

Duration: 18 months (contract)

We are seeking an experienced SAIDMS Project Manager to oversee the implementation and management of a reprocured SaaS Aging Information and Data Management Solution (SAIDMS). This system will support the maintenance and reporting of data across multiple state agencies including longterm care aging and disability services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system/software development business process modeling complex system architecture and project cost management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the operational scope technical architecture and vendor resources (incoming and outgoing) for the SAIDMS implementation.
  • Develop and execute program implementation strategies based on project requirements.
  • Collaborate with vendors to deliver a fully integrated SaaS solution that supports multiple users across the state and meets federal reporting requirements.
  • Ensure seamless data migration system configuration and integration with other service components.
  • Utilize advanced project and cost management techniques to track progress and maintain alignment with goals.
  • Prepare and present reports workflows and system architecture using tools like MS Visio Excel and PowerPoint.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 8 years of experience in system/software development and maintenance with knowledge of SaaS PaaS IaaS Agile and DevOps methodologies.
  • 8 years of experience in business process modeling with a focus on extracting notations from relational databases.
  • 8 years of experience in complex system architecting data migration and forms/configuration management.
  • 8 years of experience managing multiple workstreams and associated project costs.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications including Visio Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with SaaS information management solutions supporting aging disability and/or ombudsman programs.
  • Experience with federally funded subrecipient vendor programs.
