Location: Santa Cruz CA
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Shift: Days
Pay Rate: $45 $48 per hour (W2)

- Assist Occupational Therapists in implementing treatment plans to improve patients functional mobility and independence.
- Provide therapy services in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) enhancing residents quality of life.
- Document patient progress and collaborate with the care team for optimal outcomes.
- Active COTA license in the state of California.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) preferred.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification AHA or ARC.
