Glasshouse Operations Manager Lincolnshire - 65,000 Bonus Health Insurance Pension The Job: You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a glasshouse facility. Key duties include managing the Glasshouse P&L account, setting and delivering yearly budgets and ensuring health and safety standards are met.
You will oversee site maintenance, labour management, staff recruitment and be in charge of managing technical aspects such as production forecasting, sale prices, and supplier relationships. This is a hands-on management role where you will also need to keep up to date with the latest industry technology and be available for call-outs and weekend duties on a rota.

The Candidate:- Minimum 3 years experience in an operations management role, preferably supplying UK supermarkets
- Experience in a Glasshouse environment is preferred
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and various systems
- Good analytical and data management capabilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multifunctional team
