Key Responsibilities:
1. Monitor and control plant operations from the central control room.
2. Analyze process data and optimize plant performance.
3. Troubleshoot operational issues and take corrective actions.
4. Collaborate with maintenance teams for routine maintenance.
5. Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.
6. Maintain accurate records and logs.
7. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
8. Conduct regular plant inspections and report anomalies.
9. Coordinate with quality control teams for product quality.
10. Participate in plant startup/shutdown and emergency response.
Requirements
- Diploma in Chemical Engineering.
- 35 years of experience in chemical process industries.
- Minimum 2 years of stability in each previous company.
