Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Recruitment Consultant to join our team in the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will have a passion for connecting talented professionals with meaningful job opportunities particularly within nursing healthcare assistance and other related fields.
Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate Sourcing: Identify attract and engage qualified candidates through various channels including job boards social media and networking events.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
- Interview Coordination: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates skills qualifications and cultural fit for client organizations.
- Job Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends competitor activities and market developments to effectively advise clients and candidates.
- Negotiation and Placement: Facilitate the negotiation process between candidates and clients ensuring a smooth hiring process from offer to onboarding.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records in our recruitment software including candidate profiles job orders and client interactions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with team members to share best practices develop strategies and achieve collective goals.
