The Role: The purpose of the role is to provide a firstclass endtoend service for SME clients.


Responsibilities


To provide a firstclass proactive service to clients and prospective SME clients through the adoption and implementation of the Client Journey

To work collaboratively as a team to write renew and service SME clients using the full endtoend broking process.

Responding to client issues in a timely manner.

To build positive working relationships with Claims and the wider broking teams for technical or Client referral.

To act as a point of reference with insurers in negotiating terms for Clients.

Always working to our business operational standards policies and processes.

To use client applications accurately and as defined by the business including invoicing and maintaining data quality.

To look for opportunities to satisfy client needs with other services and products passing those opportunities to internal colleagues and our ecosystem.

To maintain own learning and CPD.

Alignment and demonstration of our clients values (PACE).



Requirements

Experience/Skills


Sound technical knowledge of the Insurance Industry with reference to commercial insurance.

Demonstrable ability to provide a responsive firstclass service to clients.

Excellent verbal and written communication and administration skills.

Active listening skills.

Knowledge of the wider offering.

Ability to organise workflow prioritise tasks and manage own time.

Confident user of technology and software e.g. MS Office and Outlook.

Working knowledge of broking processes and regulatory standards.

Working knowledge of FCA compliance rules.

Competent user of insurance client system; Acturis an advantage.
