Job Description
This is a remote position.
As a Remote Guest Services Representative you will be responsible for providing topnotch customer service to our guests via phone email and chat. Your main goal will be to ensure that all guests have a positive experience and receive prompt and effective assistance with any inquiries or issues.
Key responsibilities:
- Communicate with guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Handle incoming calls emails and live chat inquiries
- Assist guests with booking information reservations and general questions
- Resolve guest concerns and issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Proven customer service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment
- Proficiency in using remote communication tools
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
