Remote Cruise Reservationists

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound inquiries from clients regarding cruise options pricing and availability.
  
• Assist clients in selecting cruise itineraries ships cabins and excursions based on their preferences.
  
• Provide detailed information about cruise lines destinations onboard activities and travel requirements.
  
• Process cruise reservations and ensure all bookings are accurate and completed in a timely manner.
  
• Stay up to date with cruise promotions deals and industry updates.
  
• Respond promptly to client questions concerns or changes to their bookings.
  
• Maintain detailed records of client information and booking details.
  

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
  
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
  
• Passion for travel particularly cruises is a plus.
  
• Experience with cruise booking systems or travel platforms is an advantage but not required (training provided).
  
• Reliable internet connection for remote work.
  
• No prior experience needed full training will be provided.
