Primarily responsible for:
- Developing and maintaining high level and detail project/program schedules
- Interact with the project team and leads to define detailed scope of work
- Establish task durations and logical relationships among the tasks for sequencing
- Review analyze and manage project schedule performance and changes
- Administer schedule change control process
- Participate in progress meetings and reporting and schedule forecasting
- Serve as expert resource engineers and maintain a thorough knowledge of new technologies and scheduling software
Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
ACTIVE or EXPIRED IRS MBI Clearance is Required.
Minimum Two (2) years of experience and knowledge in developing managing and maintaining project schedules.
Coordinates and leads the project planning and scheduling activities and contributes to the development of a comprehensive project plan in coordination with other team members. Create both project and integrated master schedules.
- Proficient in software like MS Project Primavera or equivalent.
- Knowledge of critical path method (CPM) Gantt charts and resource leveling.
- Ability to analyze and manage project timelines deadlines and milestones.
- Strong ability to collaborate with project teams and stakeholders.
- Accuracy in tracking project progress and updating schedules.
- Ability to identify and resolve scheduling conflicts and delays
