Client Overview: We are hiring for a technology company that specializes in employmentbased immigration.
Role Summary: As an Immigration Attorney you will play a key role in supporting high volume U.S. business immigration operations ensuring legal compliance and driving process improvements.
4. What are the key responsibilities
Review nonimmigrant and immigrant visa filings conducting research to support legal proceedings.
Use U.S. immigration legal knowledge to ensure daily workflow targets are met and maintain the integrity of the case preparation program.
Train admins on USCIS filings document processing and PERM job postings.
Assist with root cause analysis and resolution of legal and operational issues.
Propose and implement legal process improvement ideas to enhance legal quality and streamline workflow.
Complete legal review of filings address I9 completion and EVerify related questions and support complex EVerify issue resolution.
Train and monitor admins supporting I9 reverification.
Assist managers in understanding PERM requirements and obligations during applicant review.
Respond to visarelated inquiries from employees including eligibility travel and maintenance of status.
5. What experience are we looking for to drive success
MUSTHave Skills and Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a credible university and admission to the bar.
1 year of immigration experience (preferably in employmentbased immigration).
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
Highvolume immigration experience.
