Job Description
Rate of Pay: $19.50/hour USD
As the Lead Ice Skating Rink Attendant you will oversee the safety and enjoyment of our guests and their families ensuring a fun and secure environment for children.
Deliver exceptional service to guests upholding the high standards of Fairmont Grand Del Mar.
Demonstrate strong leadership by maintaining a professional and positive demeanor while engaging with members guests and children.
Supervise and collaborate with staff to create a playful organized and safe atmosphere for children.
Ensure that the rink and surrounding areas are kept clean and safe at all times.
Communicate vital information and provide feedback to staff members and parents/guardians.
Be available to work weekends and holidays as needed.
Assist in planning and executing seasonal activities both indoors and outdoors while providing guidance to the team.
Qualifications :
1 year in a leadership role
Must enjoy interacting with children
Reliable and energetic with strong communication skills
Flexible schedule required
Ability to work well with others
Previous experience working with children is strongly recommended
