Job Description
Joining our dedicated Reservations team our full time Reservations Sales Agent will provide a luxury booking experience to our guests. Within this role you will:
- Provide efficient and professional service to all guests via phone and email
- Assist guests with availability room selection and rates while promoting the hotels services and special offers
- Craft tailor made stays and memorable experiences
- Process reservations and update guest profiles
- Multitask to ensure deadlines and timeframes are met
- Foster a positive selling approach to maximise both occupancy and rates
Qualifications :
- Excellent organisation and time management skills with strong and clear communication skills
- Experience in a service environment ideally in a similar role
- Passion for providing friendly personalised customer service
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and problem solve
- Opera PMS experience preferred however not essential
