Job Description
Position: Computed Tomography Technologist (CT)
Start Date: 11/4/2024
Duration: 13 weeks
Location: Glendale AZ 85306
Shift Type/Shift Times/Hours/Day: Days
Shift Notes: Varied scheduling: 7a4:30p 7:30a5p & 8:30a6p 36 hrs/week minimum
Weekend Requirements: call scheduled
OnCall Requirements: 1 call night per week every 4th weekend (Friday at 5pm to Monday at 7 am)
COVID19/FLU Requirement: Must be COVID19 vaccinated for contract; Booster encouraged but not required. Exemptions are not accepted by the Facility

Equipment type: GE DR Room GE DR Portable Siemans 64 slice CT Scanner Philips EKG machine
Avg. # of cases per day: 710
Additional Info: perform EKGs place Holter monitors (Zio) patches stress tests and we do all our own scheduling and prior authorizations.
Critical Access Hospital licensed for 25 acute care beds.
Submission Requirements
- 2 years of current/recent CT experience
- travel experience desired
- CAH (critical access hospital) experience encouraged
- Prefer experience in performing EKGs placing Holter monitors (Zio) patches stress tests
- Must be able to hit the ground running independently
- Venipuncture experience preferred
