Job Description
Job Title: Fullstack web developer (NODE React)
Location: Chicago IL (5days onsite)
Contract Role
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Lead the design development and deployment of fullstack applications using Node.js and React.
- Architect and implement scalable and maintainable backend systems using Node.js frameworks (e.g. Express NestJS).
- Develop and maintain robust frontend applications using React and related libraries (e.g. Redux React Router).
- Collaborate with designers and product managers to translate designs into functional user interfaces.
- Mentor and guide junior developers fostering a culture of learning and growth.
- Define and implement coding standards and best practices.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Identify and implement performance optimization strategies.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in web development technologies.
- Contribute to the development of internal tools and processes.
Qualifications:
8 years of experience in fullstack web development.
- Strong proficiency in Node.js and React.
- Experience with various backend frameworks (e.g. Express NestJS).
- Experience with frontend libraries (e.g. Redux React Router).
- Experience with databases (e.g. PostgreSQL MongoDB).
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS GCP).
- Excellent understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for building highquality software.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus
