Job Description:
- Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Manufacturing Industrial
- Foundry experience (Operation and Manufacturing) (min 10 years)
- Project management and leadership experience (min 10 years)
- Sand reclamation project and experience (min 10 years)
Technical Skills
(Required)
- Full time work experience of minimum of 10 years in USA foundry manufacturing and operation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer service focus
- Product knowledge of engine block casting and machining processes
- Project Management Negotiating skills Analytical Thinking.
- Experience in should cost modeling supply chain planning supplier audits for Assembly Test and Paint.
- Conduct feasibility meetings.
- Good knowledge of Windows Office 365 applications excel advanced excel PPT Word etc.
- Previous experience with process improvement layouts flow PPAP and Advanced Manufacturing process
- Thorough understanding of company policies and procedures especially those with supplier impact
