Job Description
This role supports by providing expertise in statistical modeling software management web development and data visualization. The contractor will manage databases develop scientific applications using languages like R Python and Shiny and apply advanced computational techniques to process and analyze large multivariate data sets. This position also involves troubleshooting and maintaining applications coding and collaborating with staff on bioinformatics and computational biology projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or related field
- 3 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in statistical modeling server and software management database management web development and programming (MATLAB Linux R PostgreSQL Python or Shiny).
